The participation of legal entities in the selection of residents of the PSEDA "Usolye-Sibirskoye" is carried out in a declarative manner. Potential residents can apply to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Irkutsk region with an application for an agreement and an investment project.

The procedure for concluding the agreement, the forms of documents submitted by the applicants for entering into agreements, as well as the project's curators' contact information are posted on the website of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Irkutsk region http://irkobl.ru/sites/economy in the section "Spatial Development".  

The applicant's inclusion in the register of residents PSEDA "Usolie-Sibirskoye» is carried out on the basis of Commission on the selection of resident PSEDA decisions following the consideration of Ministry's expert opinion and applications with attached documents.

In accordance with the federal law, residents of PSEDA "Usolye-Sibirskoye", which in the first year of operation confirmed the volume of investments of at least 5 million rubles and having created at least 20 workplaces, tax privileges will be granted for taxes on profits, property, land tax, and tariffs for insurance payments to extra-budgetary funds will be reduced.
